The worst haircut of my life. I asked for face framing and delicate layers and I got uneven 'stairs', chopped and shredded hair. I said not to cut more than a centimeter from the longest part, he cut 6 cm (I have pictures from before the visit). I expressed repeatedly how important my hair is to me because I grew it for over a year. I left almost in tears. He took zero ownership and claimed the haircut is good and that my hair is just very straight (!). I went to another hairdresser today to fix the disaster and she was stunned. She said she has never seen such a horribly done haircut in her life. Honestly, a child would cut it more evenly. The "bangs" reach almost the back of my head. Moris was serving multiple people simultaneously and felt rushed. Stay away!!!
