The main thing I liked here is how clearly everything is organized. The trainer immediately explains what to expect from each class, what to focus on, and how not to overdo it. I came with zero flexibility, and after a few sessions, I could already see real progress. The schedule is convenient, and the space itself is bright and clean. It’s easy to relax and concentrate. Highly recommend if you’ve been wanting to start stretching but didn’t know where to go.
