I was in love with the bouquets on their instagram page but unfortunately reality in my case was the opposite. The conversation started very politely, we agreed on the bouquet and I was told it is possible to recreate the bouquet from the picture. But then I received a picture and I wasnt happy with the size and the tulips were still closed. So they assured me the tulips would open and the bouquet would look like in the picture. It cost me $211. I am so disappointed. I offered not to leave bad reviews if they sent a new bouquet to the family and they said they wouldnt do that and that I was blackmailing them. They offered to go to the family and rearrange the flowers in their home which I found absolutely inappropriate.
