Our family booked a Dubai trip through Al Khalidiah Tourism. Unfortunately, during the recent airspace disruptions and flight cancellations, our family got stuck in Dubai and had to extend their stay unexpectedly. What was very disappointing was the behavior of the local representative we dealt with. Instead of helping tourists who were already in a stressful situation, the communication was disrespectful and unprofessional. In such circumstances, travelers expect at least basic support or guidance, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
