BHS is doing great things with it's complex Brain and Spine operations which would have otherwise been done from India or South Africa. Promoting medical tourism locally. It's been spoilt, too noisy and no longer giving a serene environment. Awe sure no longer the quiet place one would easily have a decent private conversation even with VVIPs.
