Hello, I want to let you know that I was very disappointed by the driver with how he treated me earlier. I only asked him for help in checking with the security guard about the hotel entrance because I was having trouble locating the residence. Instead of helping, he shouted and was extremely rude. That behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. Please treat your passengers with more respect in the future. Thank you!
