Unfortunately a strong NO. Started my project in January 2022 and still unknown when it will be finished: - received twice as expensive offers for wooden wall ribs and mirrors as if you take prices straight from the producers. - product discount percentages suddenly go from 20% to 5% and you have to check every single line by yourself before finalizing offers. - the installation prices for about 6 lights was about 3000 EUR which is unheard of. - project was on stop because someone had a 2 week vacation and no-one else could put the orders in. - the project manager disappears for a month and I have to find what's going on through random other OCCO phone numbers and chase her down. - months go by and the main answer mostly to everything is "We don't know". - would definitely finish my project much faster and cheaper without them but now still waiting and stuck. I don't have a sense that the management really cares about their clients as I asked many times for the management to contact me but no luck. Maybe a 50K project is just too small for them.
