I have always liked Pregomesh for their beautiful jewelry and the brand image they present, which is why a ring from their store was chosen as a gift for me. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was disappointing. The ring I received on New Year’s Eve was not my size, and because of that I have never been able to wear it. When I contacted the store to ask about resizing options, I was informed that they do not offer any resizing service at all — neither increasing nor decreasing the size — and that nothing could be done. While I understand that stores have policies, it was frustrating to learn that there is absolutely no flexibility or technical solution offered for a ring that has never even been worn. When buying from a brand, I expect not only a quality product but also customer support that helps ensure the piece can actually be worn and enjoyed. The jewelry is beautiful, but the after-purchase service did not meet the expectations I had from a brand like Pregomesh.

This bookshop is a great blend of cozy reading space and quiet study area, with a wide range of books and comfortable seating. It’s perfect for those who want to relax with a book or get some focused work done. The staff are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, they don’t allow laptops, which is a bit concerning for anyone looking to do more intensive studying or work. Overall, a great spot for reading and casual study.

One of the best hotels in Armenia, offering excellent service and a friendly, accommodating staff. They were incredibly helpful in arranging taxis and guiding us to the most affordable restaurants in the area. While the location is slightly removed from the city center, a metro station is just a 2-4 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend staying in the apartments—they’re spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped.
