I don’t recommend this place. We ordered a balloon for the bride. The quality of both the service and the balloon itself is very poor. We agreed on delivery at 19:00, but it only arrived at 20:00, even though everyone knows about the traffic in Tbilisi. You can see the quality in the photo: the letters are peeling off, they were stingy with the ribbons, even though the balloon costs 100 GEL. They don’t want to resolve anything and no longer reply to messages. Very disappointing, I do not recommend.
