A few days ago I visited this salon to try on wedding dresses, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. At the beginning I clearly mentioned that I like the style of a specific brand. I understood that this brand is not available in the salon, so I asked them to suggest dresses with a similar style or aesthetic. However, the overall impression was that my preferences were not really being listened to, and many of the dresses suggested did not match the style I described. During the fitting process, the employee repeatedly mentioned that I would probably need to lose 2–3 kg before the wedding. This comment was repeated several times while trying on different dresses, which was quite uncomfortable to hear. I believe such personal remarks are completely inappropriate and unprofessional, especially during such an important and sensitive moment. I also wanted to show the dresses to my friend through a video call, but the staff did not allow it. When we explained that my friend simply wanted to see the dresses, one of the employees responded that friends do not decide what the bride should wear on her wedding day, which felt unnecessary and quite rude. In addition, when I tried to explore more options, they only briefly showed a few pictures and did not allow me to properly review the full catalog. As a result, I was only able to choose 2–3 dresses to try from roughly one quarter of the available selection, without having the chance to carefully explore the rest. Throughout the entire visit, the communication felt unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Choosing a wedding dress should be a pleasant and supportive experience, but unfortunately this visit left only a very negative impression. I hope the salon will pay more attention to their customer service and the way they communicate with brides.
