Union café's pictures looked really aethestic, we went to check it. Umm, I think the Internet pics are slightly edited more than needed, the place was not as bright as it was in the pictures. We tried chamomile tea with apples and oatmeal with dried fruits. The tea was amazing. They use real tea leaves, not extract and fresh apples. And if you let the tea cool down, it almost feels like lemonade. Actually, better than lemonade. As hot tea — amazing, when it cools down — another great taste. -1 star for the oatmeal. It was not that tasty and it didn't look like the menu one. Well, you may say, it doesn't suppose to look like picture, but, if I am paying 60k for oatmeal, it should be similar to the picture. There were cashews in the picture, but no cashews in real life. Only raisins, and dried apricots. Service is nice, 10% service fee. When we visited there was barista who is doing waiter's work as well. That's why it felt worth paying 10% service fee. If you are visiting because of the café's looks, be ready for reality check. I would go back for the chamomile tea

It seems they have changed staff and hired some new waiters. I ordered strawberry tea, waitress brought it spilling. It is fine to spill the tea, just, you should inform it before giving it to the customer. Sorry, I spilled the drink. When I was in other café, they spilled a bit of coffee, they brought new coffee. I didn't expect, new cup of tea, but some information beforehand would be nice. French toast with vanilla ice cream was burnt a bit. I have ordered this dish at least 4 times in different Bon, it was never burnt. And burning toast is not an easy task P. S. The review was written in April, I think Yandex had some issues saving it

When we entered to the café, they brought small table for my backpack!! First time ever my backpack got some attention from someone. Then they brought water. The staff is super friendly, and they work in harmony. The food was great, we ordered Mediterranean breakfast. And it comes with 2 non-alcoholic or 1 alcoholic drink. It would be great if they added set of bread to the menu. There's only brioche, pita, slavic style bread. They have 2 huge breakfast menu, where you definitely need to order more bread. And there's no service fee. After all the excellent serving, the stool for backpack, free refillable water I was expecting service fee, but there is no. Happy surprise. Would definitely visit again

The place is really pretty. Interior is really well designed, the colours, the cutlery. Cutlery is another level. The steak knife looked really fancy, and I searched it on Google, to find out they gave me €12 knife. I felt fancy. These kind of details makes this café iconic. I could feel how this place is made with real love. You can see it in every detail We ordered, well, the longest dish on the menu. I don't remember the exact name, but it comes with meat served sous vide, very well cooked onions, potatoes, and sauce with heavy cream, parmesan, truffle oil. I couldn't feel truffle oil, according to how dish looked like, I think they used herb-infused oil, rather than truffle oil. Truffle has really strong flavour, you can't miss it in a dish. And this food comes with small salad: tomatoes, onion, some herbs. As we ordered meal, I thought it's gonna take some time, but surprisingly, they served it really quickly. The personal is really friendly, they welcome you and ready to help you. The service fee is 10% I don't know if I would go back, for 200k dish, I expected much complex flavours. It was simple but delicious

The service is outstanding. First time ever I felt it is worth to pay 20% service fee. They welcome you very friendly, check on you several times if you need anything extra. The atmosphere of the place is very national, the music, the decorations, everything is amazing. I heard on Thursdays they have live music sessions(didn't check by myself). It is recommended to book in advance, so your food will be ready until you reach the place. Highly recommended, 5/5 place if you want to show your friends national cuisine, have good food with excellent service!

The sales consultant, Akmal was very helpful and an expert in his work. He was knowledgeable, knowing which option goes better with what kind of style, which model is better choice for long term, and the history of the brand. He was very attentive for helping to choose right model of shoes. Timberland made right choice by hiring him as a consultant, 5/5 professional!

First ever crusty bread I've had in Tashkent. The ciabatta was so good, pesto sauce, fresh salad, tomatoes. Perfect cheese sandwich. I love everything about it. Bread is so good, that I've wanted to buy the bread, but unfortunately they don't sell breads :( hopefully they will think about it, I'd love to be first customer to get those bread The staff is super friendly. Especially the cashier girl, whenever I talk with her, I feel like B

I ordered New York burger, it was so good! The pickles, lettuce are crunchy, the burger bun is so soft, and amazingly the sesame do not fall, the sauce is so savoury The staff was friendly, welcoming. They actually do service for you, take your order, bring you food, but surprisingly there is no service fee Recommended

The worst customer service ever. The lady near the reception, is not doing her job. She has to take care of customer's questions, but she's on her phone, annoyed face. One customer asked question, she got so annoyed. If Ipoteka bank wants to have good reputation, it should hire professionals. And maybe open more cash registrations, only one cash register was working and there were more than 20 people I wonder how it's rated 4.1, the rating is 0/5!

I always wondered how this cafe looks like inside. It's very cozy, with big variety of drinks, European dishes, fast food, Pan Asian cuisine(sushi and rolls). I tried Pasta Alfredo, chicken was a bit dry, but cheese was too good and overall good. I liked cheese so much, I asked which brand of cheese do they use, unfortunately, cashier didn't know. Then I tried raf coffee, it was also really good. Medium size for 25 000. Good place if you want to hangout with your friends or do some work on your laptop
