On December 4, 2025, I visited my favorite restaurant, Edge, at the HILTON Hotel in Pattaya, Thailand, once again. The restaurant was always top-notch, boasting delicious cuisine and good service. But this time, things were really bad. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 PM, and the girl at the reception asked, "Are you staying at the hotel?" I said no. We came for dinner. She showed us to a table with a very dissatisfied look on her face. I asked for a bottle of water, and they brought me a glass of water. Then she said something to the waiter in Thai and kept pointing her finger at our table. (This was very unpleasant, and I felt very awkward). The sign at the entrance to the hotel said the restaurant was open until 10:30 PM. At 10:00 PM, I went to get dessert (they were still on display). The employee in the dessert department rudely waved me off and said, "We're closed." I spoke to the manager, and after some persuasion, they brought me dessert. (Thanks to the manager.) Then I went to the restaurant restroom, where the door was shut in my face and someone very aggressively said something in Thai (it was the restroom cleaner). I was shocked by the evening, and my mood was completely ruined. I left the Hilton (Pattaya) and couldn't believe this happened at Edge. I always recommended this place and was very pleased. I often visit Hiltons and their restaurants in different countries. Now I'm very disappointed. I left the restaurant and don't want to go back there again. It's a shame the staff is rude and makes you feel guilty for coming to this restaurant. It seems that neither the hotel nor the restaurant welcomes guests. Sincerely, Dmitry Kudryavtsev.

Я прямо сейчас живу в этом отеле. Если вы хотите отдых, то тут вы его не получите. В 08:50 утра начинается ремонт и стройка. Дрель и долбежка стен. Кондиционер не работает и дует только одной температурой. Никто решить вашу проблему не может и не хочет. Так что хотите жить на стройке , то приезжайте и слушайте как сверлят стены с 8 утра. И работающий кондиционер вы никогда не получите. Отель максимум 2 звезды. I'm staying in this hotel right now. If you're looking for a rest, you won't get it here. Construction and renovations start at 8:50 AM. Drilling and chipping away at the walls. The air conditioning doesn't work and only blows one temperature. No one can or will solve your problem. So if you want to live on a construction site, come and listen to them drilling into the walls from 8 AM. And you'll never get working air conditioning. The hotel is 2 stars at most.

Добрый день. Купил стиральную машинку в DNS за 32.000 руб. Сразу на сайте выбрал доставку и установку. Доставка 1.900 и установка 2.000 руб. К машинке претензий нет, как и к доставке. Но будьте осторожны и внимательны к установщику. По факту с меня взяли ещё 1,300 руб. Установщик перенес машинку (которую доставили) из коридора на кухню (ровно 2,90 метра ) и не озвучил что данная услуга платная. Как и не озвучили мне это в компании и при выборе услуги на сайте. Просто поставили перед фактом. Заплатите ещё 1.300 за то что мастер двигал машинку. Имейте в виду. Вот такой вариант обмана.

Посетил массаж в SPA центре салона «Острова» Флагман на Войковской. Очень доволен!!! Массажист Наталья, профессионал каких редко встретишь. После классического сеанса массажа будто заново родился. Каждый суставчик, каждую мышцу проработала. Приду ещё сам и всем с уверенностью рекомендую!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
