Customer service is okay but can be worked on. Never experienced any room service. They have complementary breakfast but it is not delivered. House Keeping sometimes just barge in so always keep your doors locked.

Hot water is never available. Even when it is during normal electricity supply hours but you will be assured of a hot or warm bathe when checking in.
