What a chaotic place and waste of time. Waiter disoriented and lost. We called them two-three days in advance and they said they were fully booked. We stopped by on Saturday anyway, and it was a free-for-all, grab the table you like, no sitting order. Multiple tables were empty. We waited 15-20 mins for waiters to take the order, several people (supposedly managers) strolling between the tables purposeless. Simply chaos. Food was very average for the price. Shashleek Amirsoy was much better. Will not go to their Charvak location again. Views were stunning though.

Все было вкусно, НО… счет не приносят, называют сумму, когда я попросила еще раз пересчитать, счет оказался на порядок ниже. Всем кто там бывает рекомендую перепроверять. 4 манты, порция пельменей, салат, сметана = 250т А так, небольшое уютное место в центре Ташкента, поют перепелки.

Exquisite and classy dining experience in Tashkent. Great ambiance for a date-night or celebration. Food was not excellent to my taste but decent and unique (beets with gorgonzola, a bit smelly crab meat salad, al dente risotto, crispy duck salad and ribs were ok). Though the wine card is massively overpriced for what it is. We had a not so good Russian riesling for $120 which should not cost more than $10 bucks. It was bitter and high in acidity for otherwise fruity and semi-dry and semi-sweet wine choice. Four cheese and pear pizza was nice. Desserts were amazing and service was top notch! Some guests were taken aback by the amount of attention and follow through we got. I’d go there again to try more stuff, especially desserts (I’d go somewhere else for wine)

Food is fine. One star less for poor service. More pretense than genuine willingness to make the dining experience worthwhile. I like TKX (sister restaurant) menu and service better

It is a soul-less hotel in the heart of the old town with plenty other soul-full boutique B&Bs. What were meant to be white were gray and worn down linens and towels (and that is in the newer side of the building), nobody greets you when you come, nobody explains where breakfast is (horrible breakfast btw, watered down instant coffee, and terrible tea), water overflows the shower, weird liquid serves both as shampoo and shower gel. What a weird hotel, avoid it!
