Terrible experience. Booked a private room with airconditioning, didn't get it. The receptionist said "there's airconditioning in the lobby"... Yeah, how does that help? Absolutely ridiculous. Then didn't want to give the money back, and they tried to blame US for in a very friendly voice stating our legit complaint (you can't advertise an air-conditioned room, clearly stated in the listing, when it's 45 degrees out, and then simply not give it), making us feel like we're the unreasonable ones. Receptionist is the most entitled, arrogant person I've had the displeasure to encounter in a long long while. Spend a few bucks more and get some actual service.
