A fellow tour group member & I went here to see the Bazzar & most of its wares. We enjoyed a lu ch meal in the area West of the dome. Later, we sampled honey in the domed area. It was great food & quite interesting.

Great atmosphere w/beautiful furnishings, decore & video displays of Istanbul at night. The service was top notch! I only partook of a milkshake & tea as I'd consumed a late lunch. Other members of my tour group finished their meals & unanimously enjoyed their selections for the evening. Great place!

I was here on two separate occasions. The first for myself as my Data wasn't functioning. The problem was solved after a short wait & my stumbling attempts to explain it in my poor Russian. (I am an American tourist). The second visit was for a fellow tour group member whose SIM wasn't working in a second phone he'd brought. Again, after a short wait the issue was resolved by some collaborative work on the part of the staff. Great service!

We only had one opportunity to eat here the first day as we were traveling about or meeting for meals at preset venues later. I found the food tasty & adequate for my preferences.

The rooms are smaller but perfectly adequate. I, personally, found the bed comfortable. Some of the fixtures are a bit dated but all worked fine. The supplied breakfast was good & featured localized cuisine & types of food offerings.
