Wonderful hotel! I stayed here on my birthday and had a great experience. The staff were polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Service was excellent, everything you’d expect from a quality hotel can be found here. One small suggestion: it would be very convenient to have power sockets located closer to the bed.

Lovely place with excellent service. My only suggestion would be to add some background music as it would create a more pleasant atmosphere, especially when staff conversations become a bit loud when they are free.

Overall, the service is okay. However, the staff don’t seem very interested in addressing your questions or concerns about your car. They simply follow the standard procedures and that’s it—no explanations, no transparency about the work being done. I don’t doubt the quality of their service, but when you visit an official dealer, you expect a bit more professionalism and courtesy. A little politeness and willingness to communicate would go a long way. As for the actual work done, I have no complaints. But it wouldn’t hurt if the staff could at least wear a smile. And one more thing—please don’t be stingy. Offer complimentary coffee or tea for your clients. It’s a small gesture that makes a big difference.

Great place with reasonable prices. Absolutely no complaints. It’s never crowded, which is a big plus. Accessibility is not an issue—even with a sedan in bad or wet weather conditions. I noticed a few comments about the road being difficult, but I completely disagree. Any regular car can reach the location without trouble. Of course, if you’re driving a Lamborghini or Ferrari, that’s a different story—this might not be your kind of destination. This year, they cleared the grass near the Volga embankment, which now offers a spectacular, unobstructed view. The scenery is truly breathtaking. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city—peaceful and beautifully isolated.

Very costly. They don’t allow you with your own original spares. They quoted me more than the official dealer of Hyundai. Not recommended, plenty of other option in the town

Great place. On off days none of the shops work. It’s a big zoo and nothing to eat/drink. On holidays and weekends they open up.
