Modern, fast and easy process. I even had 15 people in front of me and the waiting time was less than 10 minutes. Don’t be surprised of any long queues here, because you will not have to wait too much. Everything is moving very fast!
After a very long waiting time I solved what I needed, thanks to someone more dedicated and with experience, who made a few phone calls specifically for me. They have big queues to process and you will need a lot of patience if you come here, but they are kind and respectful. Also, the cafe has very tasty food!
Excelent shop. I always find what I need here. Even if we don't speak the same language, because my Russian is very low, they managed to give me exactly what I need, explained how to use the products. They even offered cheaper alternatives. I will always come here every time I will need!
