I recently visited Leonardo waand unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I was excited to shop, but the staff member who assisted me had a terrible attitude. They seemed disinterested in helping and were quite rude when I asked questions about the products.
I felt like I was bothering them instead of receiving friendly service. It made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. I believe that customer service is crucial, and it really affects how customers feel about a store.
I hope management can address this issue, as I would love to see improvements in staff attitudes.
