It is a wildberries location. Sometimes the location has issues, sometimes the service itself has. It is not too often, but it is not 'never' either.
They helped me install a Yerevan map on my edge 830 and didn't ask me for anything extra. Would buy a Garmin product again, if maybe not this specific GPS
Expensive for sure, but a good little store for anyone who wants vegan food on Armenia.
