2024 Mart ayında, komşumuz olan doktorun sahibi olduğu bu klinikte saç ekimi yaptırdım. İşlem öncesinde bana saçların %92 oranında çıkacağı bilgisi verildi. Ayrıca süreç boyunca verilen ek ilaçların da olumlu etki sağlayacağı belirtildi. Ancak aradan geçen 14 aya rağmen ekim yapılan bölgelerde anlamlı bir saç çıkışı olmadı, verilen ilaçlar da herhangi bir fayda sağlamadı. İşlem öncesinde, tanıdık olmam nedeniyle indirim yapıldığı ve 45.000 TL’nin "özel fiyat" olduğu söylendi. Bu açıklama doğrultusunda bu yüksek ücreti kabul ettim. Ancak işlem sonrasında kliniğin internet sitesini incelediğimde, yurt dışından gelen hastalara aynı fiyatın konaklama ve havalimanı transferi dahil şekilde sunulduğunu fark ettim. Üstelik aynı dönemde birçok saygın saç ekim merkezi benzer işlemleri yaklaşık 20.000 TL gibi bir ücretle gerçekleştirmekteydi. Bu durum beni hem maddi açıdan hem de güven anlamında hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Operasyon sonrası donör bölgemden alınan greftler nedeniyle başımın arka kısmında kalıcı açıklıklar oluştu. Bu bölgelerde saçlar bir daha çıkmayacağı için estetik anlamda geri dönüşü olmayan bir kayıp yaşadım. Ayrıca işlem sonrası uzun süre devam eden şiddetli ağrılar yaşadım ve hâlâ kafamda sivilcelenme sorunu mevcut. Tüm bu gelişmeleri defalarca doktorla ve klinikle WhatsApp ve e-posta yoluyla paylaşmama rağmen hiçbir geri dönüş alamadım. Hasta memnuniyeti, dürüst fiyatlandırma ve işlem sonrası takibin son derece önemli olduğu bu alanda yaşadığım ilgisizlik ve sonuçsuzluk beni fiziksel, psikolojik ve maddi açıdan olumsuz etkiledi. Gerektiğinde hukuki haklarımı kullanma hakkımı saklı tutuyorum. I was told before the procedure that there would be a 92% success rate and that the medications provided throughout the process would help improve the outcome. However, even after 14 months, there has been no significant hair growth in the transplanted areas, and the medications had no effect. I was informed that — since I was personally acquainted with the doctor — I was receiving a special discounted price of 45,000 TL. Based on this, I accepted the high fee in good faith. However, after the procedure, I visited the clinic’s website and saw that the same price was being offered to international patients, including hotel accommodation and airport transfer. Additionally, at the time I had the procedure, many reputable clinics in Turkey were offering similar treatments for around 20,000 TL. This raised serious concerns about transparency and left me feeling misled and disappointed. Following the procedure, I developed permanent thinning in the donor area at the back of my head — an irreversible aesthetic issue, as the extracted hairs will not regrow. I also experienced prolonged pain for nearly a year, and to this day, I continue to suffer from scalp acne. Despite contacting both the doctor and clinic multiple times via WhatsApp and email — sharing detailed updates and photos — I never received a response. Patient satisfaction, honest pricing, and post-operative care are essential in medical services, especially cosmetic procedures. The lack of communication, poor results, and overall experience caused significant physical, emotional, and financial distress. I reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary. I’m sharing this review to help others make informed decisions before undergoing a similar treatment.The first picture was taken in March 2024 and the second picture was taken in April 2025.
