My name is Xoel, I´m spanish and I applied RVP (РВП) on Saint Peterburg.
I´m thankful to all the ФБК team for help me with all the process.
Not onlt for the application that is the last step, really for all the steps before, guiding me in where I had to go and always open to discuss the things and doubts I have.
Without them would had been impossible to do all of this. Again thanks to all the team, totally recommended for pass this steps without getting lose in all the burocracy.
