Booking wasn't timely confirmed by hotel staff, had to make few phonecalls upon arrival. Room key didn't work from start. When replaced, I found the room with two little beds instead of one large. Had to change again. Room is decent, breakfast is poor, no service. Check out was a problem too,Had to make phonecalls to arrange payment. Overall, a lot to improve.
