The service was really unorganized, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The place, buses, and drivers were all pretty unhygienic. Before buying our tickets, we told the driver twice that we were going to Chambarak. After we got our tickets and came back, the driver suddenly said there was only one seat left and claimed he thought we were heading to Dilijan, even though we were clear about our destination. He then suggested we somehow squeeze into the one remaining seat in the back, which was impossible for two adults on a two-hour ride. Thankfully, one of the passengers offered me a foldable chair, so I took it because we were short on time and didn’t want to hold everyone up.
To make things even worse, as they had oversold the tickets, another passenger had to give up her seat to an elderly person at one of the stops and take a foldable chair herself, somehow squeezing into an already packed bus.
Overall, it was a terrible experience.
