We booked there previous week, such a awful and terrible experience..... 1- They cancelled our booking 2 times (we booked 2 rooms but finally they gave us 1) 2- They also didn't give us the single room once we arrived! Stating that they gave it to other person!! 3- Some of the rooms don't have Air conditioner to make it warm or cold 4- The receptionist guys and staff are so impolite and aggressive, stay away from them! 5- The food quality is below average (a small place for low quality but expensive food) 6- The location is so hard to reach without any nice view (you should have personal car) I don't suggest staying here, if you have other options there are many cheaper and better ones in Dilijan!
