Avoid this place at any cost, the room was nice but the building and people are terrible! Long lines for elevator, crowded place and not really safe! Also too many dangerous drunk tourists!

We booked there previous week, such a awful and terrible experience..... 1- They cancelled our booking 2 times (we booked 2 rooms but finally they gave us 1) 2- They also didn't give us the single room once we arrived! Stating that they gave it to other person!! 3- Some of the rooms don't have Air conditioner to make it warm or cold 4- The receptionist guys and staff are so impolite and aggressive, stay away from them! 5- The food quality is below average (a small place for low quality but expensive food) 6- The location is so hard to reach without any nice view (you should have personal car) I don't suggest staying here, if you have other options there are many cheaper and better ones in Dilijan!
