It is a fine place, somewhat on a more expensive side, but dishes and coffee are both good, and they’re worth it. Service could use a LITTLE improvement (one time they forgot my… well, food, but very quickly fixed it when I told the staff of the problem), apart from that, during summer, outside - it’s one of the more pleasant coffee spots in the city. ONE NOTE - it’s a “card only” place, so be advised. Also you can visit and order here with zero communication with the staff, which may be a plus to some.

The place is in a convenient location but it is extremely expensive and the coffee is mediocre at best. Sorry, paying 1800 amd for a cup of black cofee that tastes like there’s at least twice as much extra water than the coffee itself - isn’t very enticing. So that would’ve made it no more than 4/5 for me on a good day. What made it 3/5 for me is mediocre service - specifically me sitting outside in the evening in the chilly weather and being skipped on a blanket meanwhile other guests seemed to have gotten theirs. Partly may be my issue since I was absolutely in no mood for extra communication and outright asking for the blanket or smth, BUT paying 5000 amd for two cups of coffee, certain things are expected. I might give it another try later, but luckily Yerevan doesn’t lack good coffee spots.

It’s a place with a gimmick that got old before I even managed to finally visit. Coffee beans flying accompanied by a problematic artist’s song is okay but not something too impressive. The coffee’s good. It’s overpriced though. 2nd floor has a spiral stair that isn’t too comfortable, also you gotta get your order yourself at the counter downstairs, SBucks-style. See the problem? 2nd floor has no screens to see the readiness of your order, so you have to use their webpage (which, to their credit, works well) - but you have to have your phone. The service was disappointing though. I bought three drinks, had to wait for the staff to find the lids for the cups (which is fine by itself, but it was way longer than it ever took any other place to do so), and then nobody even thought to give me a tray (which, turned out, they had) to carry THREE big cups to my table. How do I know they had trays? Other people got them for their drinks later. For 1600+amd I honestly expect way more. Just visit any regular Coffee House spot. No useless fluff and better service.

It should’ve stayed closed. I really liked the place back in the day, but during my latest visit - it was unapologetically awful. The good - the staff is polite, the coffee is good. The bad - the food. I decided to order something extremely simple because I wasn’t in the mood for steak, so ordered a shawarma, asking the staff if it’s an ok choice. They said yes. It was THE BLANDEST shawarma ever. The meat tasted boiled, no sauce, almost no oil, no seasoning, no spices, NOTHING. For 2800 (+10%) you’re getting the worst item of its’ kind in the whole city. First time in all my years in Yerevan I couldn’t finish a meal. Shame. Maybe the steaks are still great, but I don’t trust a chef who can’t make the simplest dish.

For the asking price the burgers are nothing but a bun with (okay, fairly good) mustard. The meat is virtually non-existent. No veggies at all. Too much sauce. Cheese is liquid. All in all, that’s not a good smashburger at all. The fries are tasty. Staff are polite and nice. Interior is full fast food with good AC. But paying almost $5 MINIMUM for a cheeseburger and you don’t even get a good sized patty..? Count me out. I can get a full meal nearby in a proper restaurant 200m from this place for this kind of money.
